A: The FITBENCH and the FLEX doe not have a seat because it was designed to engage the user’s core when elevated. For example… if an incline bench press is done, the user will need to activate their core and legs to lock themselves into the the bench top.
With a standard bench and seat, the entire lower half of the body is deactivated.
So, the FITBENCH requires more work, and burns more calories during an elevated exercise than any other bench.
