A: The FITBENCH comes with:

• 6 sets of commercial weights (5,10,15,20,25,30lbs) (2,4,6,10,12,14kg)
• 2 commercial Kettlebells that are vinyl dipped (20,30lb) (8,12KG)
• 1 Commercial Slam Ball (25lbs) (12kg)
• 3 Premium Resistance bands (FITBANDS) at light, medium and heavy resistances.

A: The FITBENCH FLEX comes with everything the FITBENCH commercial model includes excluding the FITBANDS.

A FITBENCH Battle Rope is available for a list price of $149.

The FITROPE is 1.5 x 30 ft long and has a Nylon cover for extra durability.

FITBANDS are also available for $124 and when sold separately they also include the 2 door anchor straps for high and low exercise, along with 2 loops through straps to anchor the FITBANDS almost anywhere.
